I came in today desperate looking for help because I was unhappy with my hair I had done elsewhere. I was hoping they could help me and because I leave for a long vacation soon… the only girl that was there was very cold and I felt like I was bothering her. (I wasn’t trying to be seen right away just make an appointment and show them in person why I was unhappy with what I had.) her friend was very busy on the video chat so I tried to not take up too much of her time. She asked for my number so she could get in touch with me to try and work out the day or a different day… I never heard from her… over all I felt annoying and like a bother to them. Not like a client. I work in customer service and I would never act like this especially blowing someone off that was asking for your help and telling you that she was unhappy with her current hair. You couldn’t even give me an update that maybe today wasn’t a good day. After reading further reviews it seems like communication is very lacking in your company.

Had an appointment for a silk press color block and a trim. The website shows the price and then when I showed up (on time for my appointment) she said that she should have had me come in for a consultation first and the price would change since she seen I had a lot of hair. Which I was willing to pay by the way. Then I waited for over an hour. She never said nothing to me after that. She was still doing someone elses hair. So I left. They can keep the deposit. Will not be going back. Update they sent me back my deposit.

Received a sew in and babe the cost was full price but the look is giving ver much thin. I brought 3 bundles but it doesn’t look like they were all applied. I won’t be returning.

Wig goat ?! I love every wig ever purchased from Raven! In addition she provides maintenance service as well as wig reconstruction services to increase longevity of your units! Most of these units pictured I’ve had for years and they continue to give! Definitely worth the price!
