Michael did a wonderful job! he answered all my questions—I had more than I should have—and alerted me to some caution tips on what I should watch out for to prolong the life of the unit. I could not be more pleased with his visit and work . He installed new vents I could not do myself, changed the air filters in all units and found a very small leak in the compressor that could have been easily missed. One unit had stopped working a couple of months ago and he had it back up and running in a very short time.
