A mistake was made, and it was fixed quickly with no problems. Awesome customer service. And the management, John was very helpful and quick to fix what was wrong. We've bought carpet from them twice now and we will continue to use them!
If you’re looking for carpet, Floor Trader Is the place to go and Gage B. is great! He was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and even more than helpful… genuinely caring about how our project turned out! It is rare to find someone in flooring that cares about getting you the right floor that will not only be functional today but that you’ll love the timeless look 20 years from now. From answering all of our questions, to showing us samples and different patterns/piles this guy is a carpet connoisseur. The sale was great, the pick up was less than exceptable. I got my pick up ticket and was told to drive to the east doors and the flooring would be loaded. No one was around, another customer came and went in and got his order before mine. The loader talked to the customer about weight loss while I am standing waiting to be assisted. Another worker came to the front and was on his phone and could not help either. Very bad service
