A mistake was made, and it was fixed quickly with no problems. Awesome customer service. And the management, John was very helpful and quick to fix what was wrong. We've bought carpet from them twice now and we will continue to use them!

If you’re looking for carpet, Floor Trader Is the place to go and Gage B. is great! He was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and even more than helpful… genuinely caring about how our project turned out! It is rare to find someone in flooring that cares about getting you the right floor that will not only be functional today but that you’ll love the timeless look 20 years from now. From answering all of our questions, to showing us samples and different patterns/piles this guy is a carpet connoisseur. DELIGHTED at what wonderful service, quality product at a great price, and professional installers we had at Edmond Floor Traders. Had been all over town looking and should have started there first. Great selection, advice, assistance in finding what we needed. Hardwood floors look FANTASTIC!!
