The sale was great, the pick up was less than exceptable. I got my pick up ticket and was told to drive to the east doors and the flooring would be loaded. No one was around, another customer came and went in and got his order before mine. The loader talked to the customer about weight loss while I am standing waiting to be assisted. Another worker came to the front and was on his phone and could not help either. Very bad service
