Amazing customer service and easy to book/pay. Inconsistent grooming. Sometimes they’re perfect sometimes I’m left feeling like I overpaid for grooming. I’ve had my dogs left half trimmed or groomed opposite of what I asked; hence the rating. Unfortunately I’ve been to several groomers in the metro area and temple of the dog is the only one that’s gotten it right at least once. It’s expensive but at least I know my dogs are well taken care of and the establishment is clean. I love that they give you a report card and photo at the end. I just wish they were more consistent with the grooming. My dogs are small, uncomplicated grooms so I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get right but I’m grateful for their services. 5 stars for customer service! Very friendly professionals!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!!! Romeo was treated like a little prince. Very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was incredible. Highly recommend.

They always take great care of Maizie - they worked with her as a puppy so that she always enjoys going! She has always looked her best after a visit to Temple of the Dog. And I love the picture and report they send at the end of every grooming visit!!!
