When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. Tyler at the Reno Ave location was above and beyond helpful and accommodating!! We are in Austin and had our external tankless water heater blow in the recent storm and that specific water heater we needed to replace is completely sold out pretty much in entire state of Texas or backordered 3-6 weeks. I called Ferguson's in Oklahoma and Tyler helped us source exactly what we needed and found one at a Ferguson's in Carson City, Nevada. He organized the shipping and was so prompt in keeping us updated and let us know within the hour that he found one for us and that it was on the way! So appreciative and wanted to say two thumbs up to such great customer service!
