About Stretch U Nichols Hills
Stretch U is a leading business in athletic and therapeutic stretching, founded in 2011. They cater to a wide range of clients, from recovering athletes to senior citizens, aiming to enhance mobility, flexibility, and strength. The business is known for its certified stretch technicians who provide assisted stretching, wellness, and overall well-being improvement. A quaint facility with four stretching tables is offered, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing the beds between clients. Appointments can be made, but walk-ins are also welcome. Clients can choose from 20, 40, or 60-minute sessions, and packages and memberships are available based on personal preferences. The staff, including Gio and Sarah, are commended for their helpfulness, friendliness, and commitment to ensuring clients feel comfortable throughout the session. Assisted stretching may feel uncomfortable initially, but clients report feeling significantly better afterward. One client, Keely, has been praised for her exceptional skills in handling bulky clients and reaching troublesome muscles. The 40-minute session was described as surpassing expectations. Stretch U has also been recommended by a pain management specialist. The business focuses on "spine neutral" stretching, avoiding manipulation of the spine or neck. Clients have reported increased flexibility, agility, and a better understanding of their muscle-related aches and pains after stretching with the trained staff at Stretch U.
Meng thank you so much for this to be my first experience i couldn’t leave the parking lot without leaving a review.
Kind, knowledgeable, friendly and more! I enjoy the convo and stretch and even the other workers and customers. I will be back thank you Meng!
Today was my initial experience there, it was amazing and much needed! Friendly atmosphere, aesthetically pleasant, passed the vibe check! Awesome staff, Maggie was my technician and she was amazing, I highly recommend her and them!
Absolutely recommend a myofascial stretch if you have a lot of pain. It might just be your connective tissue causing a lot of it. Davon is an angel. I haven’t felt this good in too long.
