Usually I come on weekends and get really good quality haircuts, but the one time I come on a weekday and Von gives me the most uncomfortable haircut I’ve ever had. He barely read the instructions on my sheet, went way too fast the entire time (to the point that it hurt), only lined up the right half of my beard, and didn’t trim my hair. None of this has previously been a problem at any SportClips. Von is friendly and personable, but he rushes, misses details, and gives people low quality haircuts. I’ll make sure Von never cuts my hair again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been coming to this Sport Clips location for over 3 years, and this was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever received.
Von wore earbuds the entire time and seemed more interested in whatever he was listening to than the person sitting in his chair. He rushed through the haircut, was rough, and completely ignored what I asked for. My hair was cut way too short and the result is awful.
I’ve never left a barber shop feeling this upset. My haircut is completely ruined, and now I have to live with it until it grows back. There was no attention to detail, no professionalism, and no care for customer satisfaction.
After being a loyal customer for years, I am shocked that someone this careless is cutting hair here. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never return to this location. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
