High quality floor installation! They were here 2 1/2 days and replaced 750 sq/ft of laminate and carpet. Just one minor issue with base trim around a curved wall where it's got a bigger gap than I would like, but other than that very nice looking floor and professional installers. Would have done 5 stars if not for the trim issue.

Mine was great to work with. The team was kind, friendly and patient. They wanted to make sure it was happy with the results. My floors turned out beautiful. There were a few spots that the topcoat was missed. They were friendly and quickly came to get it coated properly. Everyone wanted to make sure I was a happy customer, and I am. Mike truly went above and beyond.
I had a last-minute carpet issue and honestly wasn’t sure anyone would be able to help on such short notice. I called soto flooring and his receptionist/operations manager explained the situation to him, and he immediately understood the urgency. Instead of brushing it off or pushing it out days or weeks, he stepped in and made it happen.
