Kayla is incredibly talented and knows how to cut hair. I would consider myself a very picky person when it comes to my hair...an over explainer of what I want, etc. I have mature post menopausal fine hair. I have struggled in the past to find someone to give me the style I want based on the hair on my actual head. My search was over when I found Kayla in Nov '24. I found her through the KEVIN MURPHY line she sells in her salon. When I picked up my product from her, I also had a mini consult on my hair, its texture and the style I was looking for. Kayla rocks! She always asks questions to understand what I’m looking for at the beginning of the session and makes product recommendations based on my specific needs and hair type. I never feel rushed or anxious in her chair - I have total confidence in every cut! Whether you want to treat yourself to a little escape from the daily grind or you have a special occasion, Kayla will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. She was my obvious choice to do hair and makeup for my wedding.
Deciding to quit coloring one's hair to embrace the grey is a big decision, and a long and potentially damaging process. I know several really good stylists and very knowledgeable color specialists. However, I'm glad I chose Kayla, as I have been more than pleased with the results thus far. My hair has remained healthy and each phase has looked very natural. Kayla knows what she is doing.
