When I called the gentleman was informative. When I went to drop off with a last minute request Kim was helpful in figuring out a solution for our dilemma of need what we were getting cleaned before they could have it done. They took care of 18 of our items. Great customer service!

I am going back and changing post again.. I spoke with a representative about my issues and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer on a pocket square that was forgotten. They are giving me a credit to use next time. I would advise anyone using any cleaners to check pockets as it was partially my fault leaving in and then finding and cleaning.
