This place is fancy. I was able to walk-in for a haircut without an appointment, but I have been told it's very rare they would be able to accommodate walk-ins. Unfortunately, the stylist wasn't trained by S&S to trim facial hair yet, so I didn't get the full experience. Had some bourbon while I waited. Everyone was very nice to me despite looking out of place.

It was my first time ..Gift from my Wife (Best woman in the world, just fyi). How do you make it special ??? Engagement....You have to isolate the experience and build a bond with your customer that's what was missing
Great drink but engage ....I'm paying over $100 bucks for a hair cut I better leave feeling like it!

Overall, it was a great experience. Think of it as an elevated Super/Great Clips haircut. You’ll pay for good service and receive it. Just make sure to tip, everyone I encountered worked hard to provide the best customer experience. I appreciated it.
