-ANYONE WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE REPORT THIS PLACE- Went to get my nails removed from another place (i loved them) but got tired of them after two weeks. The only reason I came here was because I happened to be in the mall. The lady started by trying to pry off my acrylic nails and I got scared that she would rip my natural nails off just by how painful it was. She eventually did rip off the tip of my nail and even hurt my fingers just by how she was twisting and turning them. The lady also cut me just by having the drill bit too close to my nail fold. Really disappointed in the pedicure I paid $45 for. I paid $15 extra for gel polish and it’s already flaking off. My toes aren’t even completely covered in polish either.
I swear by Urbane Nails & Spa if you need a solid recommendation!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The lady that did my nails was very hateful and acted like she was mad that she had to do my nails. After I was done I was very dissatisfied with them. And they were pricey. I told her I was not happy with them and she didn't care. So I will not be going back.
