Dr. Cooper is amazing! I took my grandmother to her follow-up appointment, and everyone—from the receptionist and medical assistants to Dr. Cooper—was professional, kind, and welcoming. The office had such a warm and inviting environment. Dr. Cooper was very polite, caring, and encouraging when he met with my grandmother. 5 stars for great customer service!
My children and I have been seeing Dr. Cooper for years. He and his staff are excellent at their jobs and very caring. They have a great selection of glasses. The ladies know their stuff and are always happy to help with insurance, picking out glasses and anything else to make your exam go smoothly and walk out feeling great.
Incredibly sweet Doctor and Staff as well. They are very thorough and take great care of their patients and it is obvious they care deeply for the well being of their patients. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to see an Optometrist!
