Mr Brett on 5123 N Portland is an extraordinarily skilled optician with such kindness. I asked 6 other stores none could repair my special sunglasses. Mr Brett did it in 5 mins. I drive 500 miles (from St Louis MO) to buy my glasses at Precision Optical. Work is always 100% right, on time, and reasonably priced.
He reuses my existing frames, repairing them as needed. PERFECT.

Great service. The professionalism and dedication to make sure my kids and I where taken care off when above and beyond
My son had broken his glasses and the store where we bought them couldn’t fix them, we went to Precision Optical and they were fixed the same day at no cost.
I even sent my Autistic kid in to get her glasses taken care and adjusted. He’s patient and support to meet all her eye needs are remarkably strong. And at the end of the day both my children’s needs were meet and he did change us a penny. A a Hispanic family I know we will not ever go anywhere else.
