Tim & TJ with Renewal by Anderson came today & installed my sliding glass door. They did an excellent job installing the door. Highly recommend Tim & TJ & my Anderson door it is very well made & it will last me for a long time.
Was hoping we were not going to need to entirely replace new front door due to minor issue. Door Technicians / Installers arrived and helped with minor adjustments and the the door is perfect.
My thanks to them and all the staff involved in taking care of everything.

My original review detailed a very frustrating situation involving a defective bedroom window that began leaking shortly after installation. What followed were months of delays, repeated service visits, inconsistent communication, and conflicting information about how the issue would be resolved. At one point, the window had been leaking long enough to cause interior damage, which understandably raised serious concerns for us.
