Every aspect of the project went smoothly. The team was very knowledgeable and informative. The crew that did the installation was great. Even saving landscape I was sure would not survive. Highly recommend.
We had concerns about some settling. We have a sloped backyard and have a retaining wall around one corner of our house. I called another company and that company (no names) was a little pushy and i felt like they were trying to over sale. I called Ramjack and Bobby came out. He was super honest, told me to watch it for a while but eventually it would probably need piers. I told him, no i want to do it before issues. Crew came out, did an amazing job. Super efficient, courteous and just bad ass. I watched the whole time (because i like to learn) and they had no issues with that.
