I miss coming here jere claunch is great in everything he does and Dr tunnel i never got to see him but he was great by far and he had me seeing Jere claunch PA this is the first time im calling Jere that he was my Doctor and every since I lost him I haven’t find any one who understands my issues and I hope one day I can go back to seeing him again I had miss to many appt that’s why I can’t see them anymore idk how long do I have to wait till I can but my mom still goes there and I really trust him with my moms life

I had an amazing experience at Prairie Gardens Medical, and I have to give special recognition to Nurse Ley. She is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever encountered. From the moment she walked in, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and respected throughout my visit. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her patients. Prairie Gardens Medical is lucky to have her. Nurse Ley is an absolute gem and deserves all the praise. Highly recommend

I had an appointment to bring my disabled daughter in for an appointment with Jere Claunch. We had to turn around to get paperwork for her physical, which caused us to be late. I called and told the staff immediately. Apparently, they have a 10 minute late policy although most times patients have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen by their doctor or PA. I’ve been coming to the same clinic for nearly 10 years and no exception was made for one visit. I will find a new clinic that actually cares about patients. I was also charged $50 for a recent Telehealth visit that took 5 minutes, mind you insurance co-pay is $35.

6 months waiting for my esa letter and still can’t receive a correctly written one and have had the front office team argue about appointment dates when I have them in writing for a different date
