Pool Doctor employees have been to my pool at least 5 times. They received a defective heater from the manufacturer, Pentair, and the manufacturer wouldn’t replace it. Matt has worked tirelessly trying to replace and repair parts on his own time with little to no support from Pentair. Pool Doctor has gone above and beyond trying to fix my problem.

They have everything you need when it comes to pool maintenance and/or repairs. Been around a long time and some employees have been going at it literally 40+ years so knows everything youd need to know!
It’s hard to find a pool service you like and trust, but the Doctor has been amazing! Their folks are the same year after year, providing services I trust at a fair rate. Wendy always has the worst job when I call in for an emergency in the summer, but somehow she always finds a way to get someone scheduled before my pool turns green, and keeps me from going panic mode! I alway seems to get these quality service folks that can diagnose the problem and fix it timely! They handle closing and opening my pool much more efficiently then the other services I used before the doctor.Just in case you can’t tell…im sold out for the doctor!
