I had so much pain (that was probably more extreme than I gave it credit for) that I was worried there was something severely, and potentially irreversibly wrong with my neck and upper shoulders. Fortunately, there was nothing significantly wrong, and I was able to learn how to help myself mitigate and even eliminate most of my pain. Reilly was able to help me with simple movements that over time increased my range of motion and reduced the amount of pain I had been feeling on a regular basis.
