We changed vets after getting another Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, because our other veterinarian took a few months off, and we liked everything about Penn South and Dr. Rammage so we stayed with him.

Wonderful clinic with exceptionally kind staff. Jackie specifically is a fantastic front desk receptionist. She is so compassionate and loves the animals and it shows. She also remembers your name! Which is so impressive and tells you that she notices others and cares about clients. She and others there are very Knowledgeable. You can tell they have much experience in the vet world and many times gave me ideas how to provide care without throwing tons of medicine at my dogs. You're more than just a checkbook passing through here. Highly recommend!

This is the rudest staff I've ever encountered, J***ie specifically is the worst receptionist I've ever met. She went out of her way to have such a horrible attitude and all she could say was that "she's been doing this for 20 years".....which is hard to believe she has kept the job for that long with her attitude. She talks to you like you're an idiot who is supposed to know everything about the medical aspects of a dog. We will be switching vets immediately as our experience was unacceptable and the staff is not welcoming whatsoever.

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 15 years despite moving quite a distance away. The staff has changed a bit through that time but we have always been happy with the services they provide, especially the boarding.

Unprofessional front desk support....dog almost passed away...i called for help Monday....and was put aside until today. The lady was so rude over the phone. The Vet and tech were great ....need loose the attitude and help people.

Saw Dr. Cooper for the first time today. He was so great with our ridiculously dramatic, 102lb Golden! (Her diet starts TODAY!) Drs. Rammage and Cooper at Penn South are the BEST!!!
