OSSO provides a high level of care and attention to its patients. The staff is thorough, caring, and friendly, making sure patients and their families feel comfortable and secure. The medical team, including Dr. Nathaniel Odor and Dr. Steinmetz, is knowledgeable and professional, taking extra precautions to ensure successful surgeries and providing great care during pre and post-operative periods. Overall, OSSO is highly recommended for its exceptional service and dedication to patient well-being.
Had a total shoulder arthroplasty roughly 3 months ago and am doing great. Range of motion is getting there with PT and personal efforts. Appreciate Dr Nelson and his staff! He’s a very personable guy that treats people the right way. Highly recommend him and his staff!
Dr. Hines was amazing! As a wrestling parent, my daughter tore her ACL. We went to Dr. Hines as a 2nd opinion and he had more knowledge in our hour visit with him than the 6 months with our PT.
Dr Smith has worked on both my feet for different reasons. She is fantastic. I am so pleased with the results of both surgeries. She is professional and approachable and extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing. I am not the most compliant patient but it was easy to call with questions or concerns throughout healing. She was clear on risks and explained things well, answering all of my questions. I’d refer friends and family to her in the future. She also has a north and south office which worked well for me.
