Staff is for the most part friendly and helpful.
I unfortunately I had only time to go towards their closing time, and experience a little unfriendliness from a staff member.

I am writing this review to let you and others know how dissatisfied I am with the service I received at your store today. I have been a loyal customer for a while, and I have always enjoyed buying flowers from you. However, today one of your staff members was very rude to me and refused to sell me any flowers without a tax-id. She claimed that this was a policy that had been in place since COVID, but I have never encountered such a policy before. In fact, I personally have bought flowers from you several times before for events at my corporate job, and I only paid taxes on them. I have the receipts to show you. I don't appreciate being singled out today and denied service. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal, when I was just a girl wanting to buy some Ranunculus flowers, no need to be rude.

Sarah Taylor, Owner at Wildflower at Heart. You are my wholesale supplier. I wanted to share my experience with OFM. Sherry, my sales rep is top notch! She deserves a raise in my opinion. π She makes miracles happen thatβs for sure! I have let the time slip away from me and called 15 mins before cut off and she picked the most amazing quality flowers, and said we got you girl! She is so easy to communicate with! I have sent her pictures of what my customers want, she knows the name and availability of product! Knowledgeable thatβs for sure!! I know I can call and place an order with her and I have NO concerns as to whether the product Iβm sent will meet my complete satisfaction. This is more than a job to her!! Her customers mean more than a number to her as well. Iβm not able to spend thousands like Iβm sure the other customers are, and she has never treated me as any less.
Next is John, my delivery driver. He is the absolute sweetest young man ! βΊοΈ this is also more than a job to him as well! When he pulls up, I always help him unload our new delivery and reload our empty boxes to send back. While I know itβs his job to do it alone, I enjoy helping him because we get to ask each other how they are doing. He asks about my family and truly cares how we are. Thatβs hard to find in big city corporations. He is a family guy who also cares for his customers.
I have also had great experiences with Rhonna while Sherry was out and I needed to place an order.
I know most calls or messages are complaints, but this is an absolute praise! Both of these individuals are what keep me coming back to OFM!!

This was our first time using OK Flower Market and we were blown away! Great selection, beautiful flowers, prompt service and very convenient. They even helped us load up; definitely recommend!

Last week was my first trip. When I called, Stephanie said to ask for her. She met me when I arrived. She showed me around and helped me find what I was looking for. Stephanie provided excellent service and the quality of the flowers was superb. The flowers lasted so long, we were able to use them for 4 events. Some still look great today! Thank you Stephanie!

In May I got my wedding flowers here (over $1,200) and the roses were not fresh at all, very unfortunate. Today, I went to get flowers for my house and Ronna told me that I couldnβt because it has to be for an event or I had to have a reason to buy there (I know, it does not make sense). They donβt sell to the general public (even though they did when Megan sold them to me in May).I think they could have made $45 so easily instead of throwing them away in 2 days. They prefer to lose money instead of letting me buy them. I guess I will need to support a big corporate like Trader Joeβs instead of supporting local businesses. Very sad :(
