It is a beautiful place aesthetically by looks however, the two star review is due to you feel like you are violated you fill out all the paperwork give all your personal details that you can only give your doctor or counselor just to have it read and reviewed by two or three receptionists You wait two hours then you’re called up by a receptionist again telling you that the insurance department refuses to see you if you were an HMO and you referred to other locations which not being seen is fine that is understandable however the violation or feels like a violation due to not having the ability for the receptionist to pull up The information on their computer and tell... read full review

I think this place is a wonderful resource for our city. Often services are free or low cost. They help with many other areas in life you need assistance or guidance with. It’s worth the initial wait to get in :)

In my capacity as a clinical social worker for an employee assistance program (EAP), I called on behalf of a member in need. The situation was unique and the need was critical, but Chelsea, a call center worker for the city’s mobile crisis unit, remained diligent, steadfast, kind, and as good humored as one can be in such tough circumstances. It is not often that the stakeholders of these much needed services leave reviews for obvious reasons, so I wanted to express my gratitude to Chelsea and her team for their work today and always.
