I cannot say it enough…Near Appliance Repair has been wonderful. I had no prior knowledge of the company but was comfortable giving it a try based on the many stellar reviews. Now I can add this review too. From the first call to the completed washing machine repairs, each person I encountered was professional, prompt and friendly. Andrew provided a very thorough evaluation of the problem, and answered my many questions as we worked through the issue of Repair or Replace. I highly recommend Near Appliance Repairs.
Professional and timely. He knew the exact problem with our stove, ordered the necessary part immediately, and fixed it quickly. He also gave us some tips on upkeep of our dishwasher which was extremely helpful.
Andrew came and repaired the water filter in my fridge. When I continued to have a problem he came back out promptly to figure it out and make sure it got fixed. He was professional and I appreciated the effort to make sure everything got done right. Would recommend and use Near again.
