I trust this company and have very positive experience with them over the years. Most recently was today, my microwave gave out, it’s a hassle finding a quick replacement for the inbuilt kind. They were able to send someone within 2 hours of my call. The technician’s name is Jay, he diagnosed the problem right away but had to go all the way back to OKC to find the switch. It had more issues after that but he kept at it, till he couldn’t completely fix the problem. So happy and grateful for the dedicated and professional technicians they have! Thanks again!
I needed my dryer repaired - I was able to make an appointment when I needed and the technician, Leonard, was knowledgeable and the service was great, he even checked the washing machine just to make sure it was in working order before he left. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you Leonard!!!
Next day service with a quick diagnosis. Parts ordered and repair took 30 minutes. Our tech, Cheyney, was very professional and polite. He explained every detail of both the issue and repair.
