I needed my dryer repaired - I was able to make an appointment when I needed and the technician, Leonard, was knowledgeable and the service was great, he even checked the washing machine just to make sure it was in working order before he left. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you Leonard!!!

I called these guys out to fix my dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Paid the $120 service fee for the guy to tell me that I needed to replace the drain port for almost $700 on a $450 dishwasher.
Not only does the part cost $25 on Amazon; all it needed was to be unclogged. The guy never performed did the service.
Definitely filing a report with BBB because they never did service; just came out to try and replace a part on a dishwasher that’s 14 months old.
Sad part is the guy had his chair and sat in front of the dishwasher, did his diagnosis and never thought or made the attempt to unclog it.
I thought it was a service call and not a replacement call. Crooks!

Next day service with a quick diagnosis. Parts ordered and repair took 30 minutes. Our tech, Cheyney, was very professional and polite. He explained every detail of both the issue and repair.

Cheney with Mr. Appliance found the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back within 2 days to fix the faulty part. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Part is warrantied as is work performed. Very pleased! Highly reccomend 👍
