We had such a great experience with Midwest Flooring! We were in a rush to get new carpet installed so we could get things going with our move. They were so friendly, prompt and professional. They worked with us to get our carpet in and exceeded our expectations! The installers were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.
This was my first experience hiring a professional flooring company. Embarking on a flooring project, I was understandably apprehensive. However, Jorge and his team at Midwest Flooring exceeded all expectations! Jorge's meticulous attention to detail transformed my vision into a stunning reality. I especially appreciated his patience, waiting to finalize certain aspects until we discussed them together. This collaborative approach led to design choices I wouldn't have considered otherwise, resulting in a truly exceptional outcome.

We booked through Lowe's. We had over 2000 feet to refloor. Elmer and Hugo were fabulous. They had to remove brick tiles from the kitchen and laundry room, plus repair some concrete. It all took 5 days. They communicated throughout and cleaned up ongoingly.
The stressful thing was that I had to stain the trim. I didn't know that going into it so ASK ABOUT THAT. The quarter rounds were raw wood and I had to go choose stain and stain them and that took me a whole day. (FYI The guy at Lowe's was no help at all so I had to go to Home Depot and that guy was way more helpful.) Some of the trim is a little dark but I did the best I could. I... read full review
