I needed a couple small pieces cut to repair a handrail. Brad helped me over the phone, quoted me and the price was great. One I showed up to pick up the material he asked what I was working on I showed him a picture and sold me on a piece of 4x4 plate that they went ahead and punched 3/8 holes in all 4 corners. Wow what a easy and helpful place. Great customer service.
