Our garbage disposal broke Friday afternoon (of course) and I contacted McConnell to get an estimate on replacing it with a new one that we purchased. I got an email from Nick on a Sunday to confirm that they could do it, what the cost would be, and to say that he could do it this week! I confirmed with him this morning that I was interested and he called me right away and set up an appointment for the same day. Nick and his helper arrived quickly and switched out my garbage disposal and less than a half hour. Now we can use the sink again! I definitely recommend Nick and McConnell Plumbing and will absolutely contact him again should we have any plumbing issues.
