I️ had a sewer blockage in my home. I️ had two previous plumbers attempt to fix my problem (one of them being the "prominent" Roto-Rooter). After $600 to Roto-Rooter and $1k to another company, my problem was unsolved. After 5 days without necessities in home, I️ called Ray's and set an appointment.Mario, the technician, was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. Through the process he explained what he was doing and where the other companies went wrong. I live in a home with OLD plumbing. Once a year or so, a part of the house will clog up. There's always a leak and a big wet mess. It used to make me stress but now I know Ray's will be there (on the double) to (efficiently) diagnose and remedy my plumbing issues. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional, on-time, and respectful of property. Pricing is very fair. I trust in this company.
