I had a fantastic experience using MarloHaus for my wedding make-up! Connie was very communicative and made the entire process run smoothly, all the way from the initial booking through letting me know when my make-up artist arrived at the venue. Krystal was my make-up artist and she was so chill and fun to work with. I was really nervous because I had never had my professional make-up done, but Krystal immediately put me at ease and chatted with me while explaining what she was doing with the make up and offering tips and recommendations. She perfectly captured the look that I asked for, as well doing my mother's wedding make-up. The make-up lasted ALL DAY - we did make-up around 11:00 AM and I still had a perfect face when I took off my make-up at 11:00 PM (minus a tiny amount of mascara smudge due to a wasabi mishap at lunch). She also provided me with a touch-up kit, make-up wipes, and the perfect red lipstick which included a separate gloss that felt like a wedding cheat code - instead of having to re-apply color to freshen up, I'd just re-apply the gloss and it made it look like a perfectly refreshed, shiny red lip! (I will add photos when the professional photos are ready.)

Throughout the entire day, their stylists were extremely professional and thoughtful, working quickly when the timeline got delayed and giving great suggestions on beauty products and styles. Their experience was beyond helpful in keeping me calm as a nervous bride! Finally, we were all so thrilled with how our hair and makeup turned out -- it looked perfect in photos and lasted well throughout the evening. I had the great fortune of being assigned to Bekah for my bridesmaid makeup. I couldnt tell her at the time because I wouldve cried, but I recently went through a divorce and havent felt good about myself and my appearance for a long time. Bekah was so kind, patient, and really helped me remember that I can look beautiful. She is a gifted artist and I highly suggest you request her for your event. She is sweet, personable, and gifted. MarloHaus is incredible in every aspect. Their communication is unmatched. Connie was incredibly kind and prompt with her replies. She made sure that all my needs were met and had the timeline set up well for my wedding day. The hairstylists were superb and sweet as well! Haleigh and Ali are both great at what they do and easy to talk to.The team works together really well--even in emergency cases. My original stylist had to give birth much earlier than expected, so she could not be there for my wedding date. However, Connie notified me immediately and said that there would be another stylist taking care of me and my bridal party the day of. It was very professional and well-coordinated even with the unexpected last minute changes. I'm very thankful for them and all their hard work into making sure that everything was addressed. Ali was so great and easy to talk to -- she made sure that all my bridesmaids and I were satisfied and did multiple touch ups to ensure everything was picture perfect.
