MaM Massage & Spa provides some of the best massages in OKC. The licensed massage therapists specialize in chronic pain as well as pampering massage experiences. The spa prioritizes a nice clean and relaxing environment for a great therapeutic experience. Clients have described the experience as the most amazing, with a clean, peaceful, and welcoming space. Treatments include a head spa treatment that is beyond relaxing and absolutely worth it, leaving the scalp, hair, and skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Other services include deep tissue massage with cupping, lymphatic massage, and hot stone massage. Therapists are great, amazing, and wonderful, focusing on problem spots and adjusting pressure as needed. The spa is super clean with a friendly receptionist. This is a monthly retreat and healing day for many.
I highly recommend Elizabeth! I decided to try out a prenatal massage with Elizabeth. I’ve been to a few people at different places because my low back/hips were really hurting my 3rd trimester and they felt good but no one really worked on the glutes/hips area where I needed it most. Elizabeth helped me so much, I started coming weekly and it helped with the pain/discomfort I had through those last weeks. Do yourself a favor & book that prenatal!
Just finished a couples massage and it was wonderful! They customized the massage for our needs. 90 minutes was not long enough!
You will love them! We had them out for chair massages for an event and can't recommend them enough. Very professional, knowledgeable, and great communication. Highly recommend and will be rebooking!
