Inform Caleb Wallis to not send hateful messages to people he doesn't know. He should be able to as a branch manager control his emotions online. With his employment listed, companies are getting bad reputation for bad representatives.

if you have time on your side and enjoy wasting it then Locke is for you, especially the Edmond store in Oklahoma.

I drove an hour to get to your store to buy some wire. When I got home I realized you had charged me, and then also you had stolen another $168 from me. Now I have to take off work, drive another hour over there and an hour back, just so they can return the money they stole from me. Won’t be using your store anymore. Poor service.

When I called the owasso Locke Store a female at the front hung up on me after saying “hey, she’s in the bathroom she will call you back” and when I said “what” they knew it was not my significant other, the girl hung up. Upon calling back, John the manager acted as if it did not happen that there wasn’t a female that hung up on me. I then knew that since my significant other had been spending a lot of time in this store that something strange was going on. (Two years prior, shelli an employee would text and call him from her personal cell phone number one text being at 10 pm at night. Not only that, she was talking about meeting up at a bar with my significant others son. So I went to her first and asked what was going on, she was nothing but rude and even told me I’m not the “customer” of Locke supply, all though my card and my checks paid for my significant others material. When I made her aware of that, she told me to go to a different store. She also tried to shut me up in our conversation but does not shut men up that come in there telling her their personal information and or wanting her validation. Shelli had no problem telling me to shut up but she can’t tell anyone else that because she wants the men to feel special so she can get her bonus.) The regional manager had become involved, and finding out from him that they pride themselves on allowing more of a “friendly” environment where men feel comfortable coming in talking to staff even if it’s for a long time and even if it’s about home life or about things other than parts or professional questions. So he also explained to me why I was hung up on was because the female Melanie in the owasso location had been spending a lot of Time with my significant other. He’d come in and see her, follow her around trying to pursue her is what I was told. Opening a line of communication with customers/contractors like this is very unprofessional being that this is a public place. I tried to reach back out to Walter to ask him again if we could discuss what he stated on video that Melanie stated my significant other was doing in his store so he could order switch gear but he was so professional he blocked me. None of this was just one sided knowing all I know about the staff. I was being treated with disrespect from staff I do not even know and had never met because they allowed my significant other to come in and show some unprofessional texts he had sent to a client and cry that he thought he was going to lose me, all while he’s treating his family way different than what he was telling them I’m sure and doing this for attention/validation. If I was there the truth would have been told. I’m told it happens all the time in their stores that my significant other will hear everyone’s personal information that they want to “talk” about to the employees and personal information the employees tell the customers. You have no idea what the “guy” is really like. Locke or anyone is placing themselves in the middle by allowing this line of communication to open. None of this should have happened but Treating me terrible over something you know nothing about, is less than professional or okay. A public place shouldn’t be hanging up on people, lying, covering up anything especially if it was just one sided, texting from personal cell phones at 10 pm, telling me I’m not a customer and to use “my” card at a different store also threatening me because obviously I know there was more going on and you put your stores and employees in the middle of it and eventually woman are going to catch on. I was treated with zero respect from Shelli, Melonie, Cassie and John, blocked by Walter because he didn’t want to discuss it anymore after he told me my significant other was basically flirting/chasing Melonie. While This was not just one sided, Melonie gave out phone numbers and tried to pry into private family matters that were none of her business. You shouldn’t have to hire woman to be “extra” nice or get involved in their personal life to keep contractors coming back spending money.

The regional manager had become involved, and finding out from him that they want more of a “banter” environment instead of transactional. Walter also explained to me why I was hung up on was because Melanie had been spending a lot of time with my significant other and just now saying something about it to upper management when I got involved. I was told by Walter that he’d supposedly come in and see her, follow her around while she was trying to do her job. I tried to reach back out to Walter to ask him again if we could discuss what he stated on video that Melanie stated but he was so professional he blocked me. (See pic below) I was hung up on, there was texting from an employees personal cell phone at 10 pm, I was told I’m not a customer and to use my card at a different store. I was treated with disrespect from Shelli, Melanie, Cassie and John, blocked by Walter because he didn’t want to discuss it anymore after he told me something without any proof. Melanie gave out a phone number and tried to pry into private family matters asking questions on the clock that were none of her business, bought lioness face cream from him and spoke about several things such as Botox and IPLs. Walter, on the phone, you put the blame on someone else for your employees actions towards me while they were on the clock. This review is my experience with the employees of Locke supply. Everything was turned around on him with no proof and you didn’t want to discuss it further with either one of us. If this was a transactional situation, instead of banter, then my personal information wouldn't be involved! Google reviews are for any situation that happens with employees or a public place and does not require a transaction. **The comment below is what happens when you inform upper management what happens with employees in Locke supply.

Your employee Jose Rodriguez harasses, doxxes, bullies, and threatens people online. He uses derogatory hate speech referring to woman as cu*ts and bitc*es. He threatens to send his “followers” after people and get innocent people fired from their jobs by leaving fake reviews and lying about them. He acts like an innocent victims while victimizing others. He claims that sharing a public news story is harassment while he actually harasses others by private messaging them, sharing personal details like their address, and making up blatant lies about them. He is a deplorable person and was warned if he continued with his harassment campaign he would reap what he sows.

Our AC was bought through lock, been nothing but trouble. Still being under warranty last November, our ac hadn't worked before that time. My tech and I have been trying to get this resolved. They have told us months and months ago that the part had been ordered, but never seems to make it here. Part is a copper line coming from compressor. Were told that if they couldn't get the part they would replace the unit. Well? I'm still waiting.

Don’t ever use Locke Supply!!! They allowed an old past subcontractor, that we haven’t done business with for quite some time, to use our business credit account to buy supplies for a job he’s doing for another company and now they are suing us if we don’t pay for these fraudulent purchases. In case they don’t understand, subcontractors work for lots of different contractors, and now we are being sued unless we pay for another business’ supplies because we used the same sub contractor?!!! It was their employee who put the purchase on our account without our approval. We have gone around and around and all they’ve said is just pay the bill and they’ll leave us alone. We did not authorize the purchase and the sub contractors name is even on the purchase forms, and they still refuse to admit they made the mistake. So anyone can just walk in and say put it on this account and that account becomes responsible?! They know the subcontractor, for all we know this is part of their buddy system, is that how y’all do business for your friends? So do you also get a cut of their job? Is this how your employees make extra money under the table? And you send your lawyers after the innocent companies to get payment for the supplies?! Payment for jobs they have nothing to do with? This is absolutely fraudulent and I will continue to let everyone know if your illegal practices! Don’t ever use this business unless you want to be liable for buying other business’ supplies.

Casey Wallis likes to post fake reviews on several different places and make very negative comments, not very professional at all.
