LasikPlus: Dr. Carl Sylvester

I was a new patient and the receptionist was rude and didn't communicate well. I waited for almost 45 minutes before I asked about how much longer it would be before I was seen- she replied to me with a snarky comment saying they were busy with other patients and needed a room. At that point I said please just cancel my appointment and ran for the hills. If I can't get past the front desk without feeling comfortable then I'm surely not letting these people work on my eyes.

Lasik Plus failed to honor the lifetime plan I paid for and also refused to refund me the difference; telling me I didn't fufill the requirements of the contract and telling me I had to produce receipts for follow up visits. This business is shady! Don't waste your money here!

Great cataract surgeon! Thank you, Dr Sylvester, for your careful handling of my dry eyes and cataracts. My new sight is a miracle!!
