They were nice and the service was wonderful…It’s just…they take forever doing nails..which don’t get me wrong I love that they didn’t rush but it took them 23hrs to do my nails….then it just…They turned their attention to some thunder girl who had recently quit and they were giving her star treatment for everything and it was becoming infuriating..I get it..some famous girl comes in- but that doesn’t mean don’t dismiss others for one other person-…
The spa offers a very nice and welcoming environment. The staff are very nice and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed..Vivian is extremely capable and knows her business well. I highly recommend her and the spa.
From the minute, I checked into the facility to getting my nails done the bartender making me a cocktail, the attention and Care and tailoring to what my nails needed was very appreciated. Christy did a great job and was very personable to be around. The manager was very kind and considerate of how pleased I was with my service. I was very pleased! Probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever had.
