They refuse to acknowledge a VALID prescription from a different doctor. Mind you, it’s the SAME EXACT prescription they previously wrote me. I guess they get mad if you use a different doctor and don’t give them your money to renew a prescription. I have been coming here for 11 years and brought my child here. Absolutely ridiculous.

The doctor himself is a great doctor and examines are fine with him, but what I was really upset with is that I drove 30 mins there and the lady at the front desk wouldn't allow me to pick up my own father's contact lenses that he ordered.

Above and beyond is all I can say. Dr Jones is exceptional. I came in with a scratched eye, desperate for help, and he has gone above and beyond to help my situation. So pleased. His front desk staff was wonderful and friendly as well. Thank you, forever grateful for incredible care.

Been going here for years and never have waited over 15 minutes. Appt was at 9:30 am and I am back home 10 minutes away) written a review at 10:22 am. Absolutely loves this place.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Julie Jones and the optometrist assistant! She is so thorough and kind. Wait time was short even though office seemed very busy. I appreciate that they are open on Saturdays and were able to get me in the same week I called for an appt.

I don’t typically write reviews, but this office has declined in service. I had an appt today and the office was ridiculously packed. I had to wait almost an hour to be called back. The receptionist area smelled horrible and no one ever bothered to greet the patients or apologize for the delays. Whoever is in charge of booking needs to be trained. I hate to leave one star, because the doctors are all amazing.
