This city course is a hidden gem. The parking lot and clubhouse has all been updated and includes a cafeteria style eating area. The course is nine holes but not easy by any means. It's what I consider 1/2 of a regulation 8 hole having two par fives. Took a friend on a Saturday and tee off at noon and they were so organized, it didn't appear busy. Like most area courses they are in need of more rain but it's very well cared mini.
Highly recommend but will take longer than your standard par 3 and 4 nine hole courses.
I love this facility and the staff are very helpful, they even stick around for a long range user like myself on a cold day like it is in winter.
The course itself is fine for the money, several interesting holes and greens to keep you on your toes. The maintenance of the greens is great while the fairways are about typical for public courses. I'd love to see a couple fairway bunkers added to some of the par 4's to keep things interesting.
This is a nice course and presents some challenging holes. The day I played there it was unreasonably warm and because of that overly crowed. This cause a backup in play and that is the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star.
