My husband has left messages at the OKC clinic everyday for a week and NOBODY responds or even acts like he is a human being. He is a cardiac patient with 2 prior heart attacks. His stress test was canceled 3x because the referral from OKC dud not get sent. Now he's had 2 canceled appointments to get the results from the test because once again, the referral was not sent by OKC. Do you want Native Americans to die? Please help us!

Solomen acted like he could help. Jumped through all of the IHS circles to be called back by him, to my husband, with the wrong name and I reply of there is nothing they could do or help with. We had a referal code for a surgery at Norman Regional with private insurance, BCBS. Almost cancelled because we had no code. Months after the surgery and the bills were rolling in seems we had the wrong date and Referal code. We tried so hard to rectify with no solution. Months later the correct Referal code came in for the wrong date and for approval for the surgery that had already occurred. …insert eye roll. Unfortunately we were out thousands due to IHS’ incompetency! Get it in writing with the correct date of all of procedures and dates. Don’t trust their word or system! Such a disgrace!

I was sent in circles the previous day with another facility with a broken arm, I then came here and Bobbie and Randy with the area office went above and beyond and took care of everything for me. They made an already extremely stressful situation so much better.

I've been waiting 7 months for help. I had an allgic reaction and was rushed to the ER. I turned in all the paperwork that was asked for. I went months with no word. My bill went to collections I called to find out what was going on. I was told only half of my information was entered into the system and my bill wasn't one of them. I was told I would get a call back from someone else once this issue was sent to another person to handle. I've heard nothing back and no one will return my calls.

You have to be patient: I had an issue which costed THOUSANDS put it in the capable hands of: Bev & Lacey [Referral Ofc] ..it took awhile; dropped my credit 77pts TEMPORARILY ..so IF you were referred then your qualified.. Take your paperwork in person IF need be as I did both ~fax & hand deliver~"Excellent Job - IHS OKC"

I cannot get a hold of anyone. We have bills from over a year old that are now in collection ruining our credit. We have had MULTIPLE conversations with the AP Processing Team. They will not send anything electronically so we don't have any backup. Just word of mouth conversations.
