Everything is filed incorrectly and whenever I call to ask questions they say I need to speak to a manager. Which would be great, however, the manager, Sabrinda never picks up or calls back.

Extremely unprofessional company.
As of June 25th I talked to my supervisor and told him of my 2 weeks resignation. He was cordial and accepted it. The next day my house was hit by what was categorized as a hurricane. Went straight through my property damaging everything. I was also helping out my other family in the area that was affected. We have no power or water and we are currently in a hotel. Later that day I was texted the following:
"Based on current projects and business needs your resignation is accepted immediately."

They don’t deserve a dot on any star but here is the issue they don’t process claim correctly with your insurance they call 4-5 times a day that’s harassment. Then when told insurance said they did not do the claim correctly they resubmit incorrectly 4-5 times this is what my insurance company told me so the claims were denied. Then they are going to send me a letter threatening me with a lawsuit wrong again my lawyer said I can sue them and get a big settlement so go ahead and try guys do your job right the first time apparently there could be a big class action suit if we have enough people come forward.
