I have been a customer here for a long time. I always request Don for my 'deluxe' manicures/pedicures.
Today I requested polish #459 (rainbow) which I almost always get but ended up with polish #61 (glittery pink)? The person who retrieves the polish showed both of them to Don and myself but I didn't understand that I was choosing a different polish. I thought it was a similar polish being substituted; maybe a different brand?
I was later told that #459 was almost out so they presented me with #61 as an option which looks fine but is no where near what I wanted.
If there had been better communication, I most likely would have gone with a 'basic black'!!

@hawaiinails_vacaville has this extraordinary human on staff! Her name is Thu. I love a good pedicure. Hibernation describes this season of my life. There is a lot happening and I am needing more time to rest, recover, and recharge. I like to meditate during my pedicure so generally I want a quiet service. Thu is extraordinary at calming your energy. Every single touch is gentle. It is the absolute best massage and she knows her technique. We began coming to this nail salon when our nail techs moved here. Very pleased with the salon. The salon is clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I am most pleased with the importance of client safety. All instruments used for a pedicure are individually wrapped and not reused. The bowl has a disposable plastic liner. Foot health is important and I feel they are conscious of this. You are not rushed through your pedicure. Anna and Tiffany are our go to technicians. A+. Recommend this salon. Glad we found it.
