Great service. I had a quote and date scheduled to install but they were able to get it done earlier by about 8 weeks. The installers, Richard and MR were very professional, completed install quickly and left no mess. A very pleasant experience and now I have an awesome shelter! Can’t say enough about Renee and the others that answer phones as well. Very friendly every time I called and took time to answer all my questions.

I finally got my Safe Shelter installed today! I was a nervous Nelly since I just got my floors in the garage done and the two guys reasurred me it would be ok. The shelter itself looks really nice. It didn't take them long at all to install. I highly recommend Ground Zero. They have great prices and were referred from one of their past customers seeing how I mentioned I was having a hard time deciding who to go with. I am so glad I choose them.

We chose to do an above ground design (4x6) in our garage. They came out, were quick, and friendly. Even left a can of touch-up paint (which was a little detail with great impact). We would recommend. I personally would not recommend an underground shelter. That just comes with a whole set of problems that we did not want to deal with. We did not mind giving up a little space in our garage to have it above ground. We also like that the door swings in so that if anything fell on the shelter we could still get out. Again...had a great experience with the company (start to finish) and would recommend. Glad we went with them.
