I had a fantastic experience with Shana at Great Clips! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the cut every step of the way. Shana is not only skilled and detail-oriented but also super friendly, which made the whole visit enjoyable. I brought my brothers here for back to school haircuts and Shana did a really great job cutting their hair. You could tell she had a lot of experience and she was very nice. The haircuts look good and my brothers like their hair.
