Terrible customer/repair service! Made an appointment to get my wife’s screen fixed on her iPhone. Showed up early. When I was checking in they first had to see if they had the part. Why set an appointment if you don’t know if you can complete the job. Strike one. Then, even tho I set an appointment for a specific time, I was told that there were two appointments in front of me and that they would take 5 hours to complete which meant that they couldn’t fix her phone same day. I am deeply disappointed with this service. I had made an appointment to replace my iPhone case, and it was confirmed. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that no one was available to perform the replacement at that moment. I am perplexed as to why you confirmed the appointment, as it has not only wasted my time but also required me to drive here for 30 minutes.I patiently waited for an additional 10 minutes, hoping for some information, but unfortunately, I received none. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
