Their nail equipment stinks (like literally smells foul) and they won't fix mistakes when you point them out! Hope this helps!

Linh is AWESOME! She's cheap & AMAZING! I don't recommend the nail side though. She gets a little sizzle happy, so don't let her cut ur hair unless u want it short. She's an awesome colorist though! Highly recommend her services. She does EVERYTHING for an unbeatable price! I'm telling u, I drive from Norman to c her! She is quite the scientist. She's smart at coloring hair & she is pleasant & works really hard. It's nice getting to know other cultures as well. Don't let her thin ur hair out unless u REALLY want that done! Otherwise, she's great! Remember, "no scissors." Follow my advice & u will be just fine. Trust me. U will thank me later. Ur welcome!

She charged me for 150 for giving me an awful haircut!! All I wanted was a straight line haircut( the easiest haircut you can give someone, also the first haircut every beauty school techies its students). The haircut was not even, also the front of my hair is longer than its back, when as a professional Ha should of known how to cut my hair so it doesn't look as if a 2 year old cut my hair. Moreover, please DO NOT GO HERE if you wanna dye your hair, you wont get good results!!! She may be great with less curse hair, but definitely horrible with curly hair!! She has no idea how to control it and when I asked for my money back or to talk to a manager she refused to let me talk to a manager. Moreover, every time I would try to correct her mistakes, she would get offended. I have never been denied the right to speak to a manager!!! Nor have I ever got mistreated to this point!! Not only she ruined my hair she also didn't have the integrity to offer me my money back for the time she waisted out of my busy schedule!! Moreover, she had the audacity to tell me that she put 3 hours for my hair and she wont allow me to talk to a manager or to refund me! Now if she had at lease had some training to how to speak to a costumer, I would have understood and wouldn't have wanted my money back!! But honestly, COSTUMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST HERE!!!! In the pic my hair is not straight at all and the front of my hair is longer!! I asked for straight length not a bob haircut! One side of my hair is longer than the other side. The result of my hair looked more like a first practice hair from a beauty school. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH IT!!!

I went in to get my nails filled, I sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting. Finally the lady got there apparently she was running late for work, then asked me what I wanted. I told her a fill and to round out my nails. She said no problem. Then she started playing with her phone and then one of her regulars came in. So she stopped working on my nails while she started working on hers. Then realized I was still sitting there. Then halfway finished my nails. Didn't even get polish on the hole nail. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. They apparently don't want new clients.Service: Acrylic nails

The lady there cut a chunk right out of the front of my hair and completely messed up my hair line. Idk how i can even get this fixed without having to shave it. I've been growing my hair out for six years and already had an undercut. All I needed was the short part shaved again. Such a simple thing I usually have my friend do it and he's not even a barber. This was pure carelessness.Service: Haircut
