F45 was the best gym choice of 2024! Time flies every time you get in a workout here. Hype workout music, great community and coaches pay attention to details/modifications if needed.

Too many good coaches to name. F45 compared to many gyms out here are clean, organized, with no broken equipment, and never any disconnect or tension. Coaches have attention to detail, are interactive and friendly with clients. For what its worth, the price is worth it for the experience; not only for results but to really understand your body (nutrition, fat loss, muscle gain), its limits (working around injuries), and how to over come any challenge. F45 def encourages seeking self improvement and self confidence.

F45 has been an experience for me. These workouts have been some of the most challenging that I have had. That is saying a lot as I played baseball all the way through college. All that to say I have never found so much success in a place and felt like I had a community! Only been going for 3 months, but excited to see what the future holds for me at F45!!!
