1. free and timely assessment of my damaged tree 2. quick turnaround on the estimate for the work 3. thorough cleanup of tree and area 4. removal of other damages limbs without me asking or additional charge
I repeatedly gave them every opening in the world to add to the scope size of the job. I was worried that the tree, a VERY large cottonwood tree, was old/diseased. I said as much. They let me know that the tree was health and would outlive us all. A multiple thousand $$ job ... I wouldn't have known any better. Instead it was $450 to clean up the tree, clean up the break, and they left my yard pristine. I WILL do business with them again. Honesty + great work = return customer
