I’ve had several sessions with Chris at Elements Massage, and I can honestly say he is exceptional. His pressure, intuition, professionalism, and calming presence made me feel safe enough to fully relax in my body — which is not something that comes easily for me.
He listens, adapts, and truly seems to care about helping people feel better, both physically and emotionally. Every session leaves me feeling more grounded, regulated, and restored.

Wanted to give high praise to Jacob, fantastic massage therapist very kind hearted and willing to fit the needs of his clients. He took the time to look up my condition I’ve been suffering with and did his best to try and target the issue. Showed genuine empathy and clearly takes pride in his work. My mom recommended him to me and I wanted to do the same for any stranger who is thinking of coming here. Highly suggest Jacob, I will come back for another appointment with him for sure!

Taylor is an amazing massage therapist and was able to locate painful spots that others did not find/work on in the past. Feeling so much better since starting to see her. Really appreciate her skill!
