I just wanted to come on here and leave an honest review of this dry cleaners. We've been loyal customers for a number of years. If I could leave -5 stars, I would. The signage boasts 'Excellence and Professional', but they are not. The entire place looks like it needs to be dry cleaned from the walls to the carpet. They don't clean up at all and the floor is so nasty and filthy. There's dirt and debris when you walk in and behind the counter. So, if they're not cleaning up their own office where customers clearly see, how are they providing excellent service with the clothes?

Service has definitely gone down the hill since one of their awesome employee’s left. Two weeks ago, I put my black pants suit in the cleaners which I have had only for a few months. The lady that waited on me was a young Hispanic woman. I told her specifically that “I would like my suit dry cleaned.” Well, when I got it back, it was evident that it was washed because of how dull it looked afterwards. Oh, my husband and son had a situation with my son’s comforter. These folks claimed several times it would be ready for pickup , but it was not even there when my husband went to pick it up. I dropped off my duvet cover on Monday I had to wait 5 days to pick it up. When I picked it up, it wasn’t on a hanger, It was just rolled up in a cleaners bag. When I got home and laid it out, I noticed that they had discolored my comforter. I called them immediately and reported the issue unfortunately they didn’t answer the phone. I stopped by the cleaners to resolve the issue on, February 3. Unfortunately, they are closed for a holiday.
