My experience with Dr Paul Jacobs office and staff have been nothing but great. Always very eager to answer questions or concerns. Near daily texts and advice on healing and tips after surgery.
Dr Paul Jacob and his team are stellar! From evaluation, to pre-op and post op visits, questions are answered and information covered thoroughly, and individualized to that specific patient. Little glitches, if they happen, are dealt with promptly, and without being made to feel that you are a bother. Radiology is efficient and caring. After surgery, Dr Jacob sends daily texts to encourage and inform, and to help keep you on track. I plan for him to do my hip when/if needed.
The team is professional and caring. That sounds kinda trite, but I've trusted them with two knee and one hip replacement. They explain what's gonna happen, answer your post-op concerns and send a series of text messages explaining what you recovery should be looking like. It's a great team, l don't think you'll be disappointed.
